<DIV STYLE="text-align:Left;"><DIV><DIV><P><SPAN>The Williamson Act, also known as the California Land Conservation Act of 1965, enables local governments to enter into contracts with private landowners for the purpose of restricting specific parcels of land to agricultural or related open space use.
