Description: <h2>Rio Vista General Plan Data Layer</h2><p> This dataset represents the <strong>General Plan</strong> data layer for the <strong>City of Rio Vista, Solano County, California</strong>. The General Plan serves as a long-term blueprint for land development and conservation, guiding physical development within the city's jurisdiction.</p><p> Under California law, every county and city must adopt a comprehensive General Plan to regulate land use. Zoning, development codes, and individual projects must align with General Plan goals, policies, and standards. This dataset provides preliminary planning information but may not reflect the most recent updates.
