 "description": "<DIV STYLE=\"text-align:Left;\"><DIV><DIV><P><SPAN>Public Land Survey System: Sections<\/SPAN><\/P><P><SPAN>In support of new permitting workflows associated with anticipated WellSTAR needs, the CalGEM GIS unit extended the existing BLM PLSS Township &amp; Range grid to cover offshore areas with the 3-mile limit of California jurisdiction.
